"Would definitely recommend Mendel and his team. Did a gut renovation of my kitchen in Manhattan. Had all necessary insurance/paperwork to my building manager on time. Did a great job with our kitchen, it's been a while but still looks fantastic. Was willing to let us provide the materials like tile, appliances, etc. to save money. Demolition and installation of cabinetry/plumbing/appliances/electric/granite countertops done well. Did some necessary cabinet surgery, can't even tell that the cabinets didn't come like that. Mendel was very responsive when we had an issue with the backsplash, and paid for materials to re-do it. Went over the timeline, but so far I've never heard of a job that didn't!!
